Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Pool Builder to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their craft, and are capable of handling a variety of tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the pool building process, including electrical work, plumbing, and manual labor, all while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full pool installation process, including excavation, electrical work, plumbing, and general construction tasks.

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the build process.

• Ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule and client specifications.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean and organized manner.

• Communicate effectively to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pool construction, electrical work, or plumbing is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic, reliable, and self-motivated.

• Must be able to work independently and show initiative.

• Ability to recognize and address potential problems during the building process.

• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Marysville to Newark area.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Must be able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
